TP304H and TP347H Stainless Steel Pipes

Features of stainless steel pipe TP304H: It is stainless heat-resistant steel with good pipe bending and welding performance. Also it has good corrosion resistance, high lasting strength and organizational stability and very good cold deformation ability. The


operating temperature is can be 650°C and the anti-oxidation temperature is up to 850°C. They are used in the manufacture of boiler superheater tubes, reheater tubes, steam pipelines and petrochemical heat exchange tubes for large generator sets. The allowable anti-oxidation temperature for boiler tubes is 705°C.

Features of stainless steel pipe TP347H: It is austenitic heat-strength steel stabilized with niobium. It has good thermal strength and resistance to intergranular corrosion. They have good welding performance and good corrosion resistance in alkali, seawater and various acids. They are maily used in large boiler superheater pipes, reheater pipes, steam pipelines and heat exchangers in petrochemical industries. The allowable anti-oxidation temperature used in boiler tubes is 750°C.

How to Distinguish 201 and 304 Stainless Steel Plate

1.   304 stainless steel plate   is shiny and has a good gloss with smooth touching, while 201 stainless steel plate is dark and has no gloss with rough uneven touching.
