Hardness Test Tools for Stainless Steel Pipe

Stainless steel pipe inner diameter > 26 mm, use Roche hardness tester.


Stainless steel pipes inner diameter> 6mm, wall thickness <13mm, use W-B75 hardness tester. Because this test is quick and easy, it is suitable for fast and non-destructive testing of stainless steel pipes.


Stainless steel pipes inner diameter> 30mm, wall thickness < 1.2mm, use a hardness tester to test the hardness of HRT or HRN.


Stainless steel pipe inner diameter>30mm, wall thickness>1.2mm, stainless steel is used for HRB, HRC hardness test.

How to Distinguish 201 and 304 Stainless Steel Plate
