Four Methods to Color Stainless Steel Plate

HCADTO   430 stainless steel plate   coloring methods are: (1) Ion deposition oxide. (2) High temperature oxidation method. (3) Chemical oxidation method or electrochemical oxidation. (4) Gas-phase cracking method. We will do a brief overview to you the first three of them. (1) The ion deposition oxide method is to place the stainless steel plate in a vacuum coating machine for vacuum evaporation plating, which is golden yellow. This method is suitable for high-volume product processing. Because of the large investment and high cost, small batch products are not cost-effective. (2) The high temperature oxidation method is to immerse the stainless steel plate in a specific molten salt to form a thickness of oxide film on stainless steel plate and present various colors. (3) The chemical method is to form the color film through chemical oxidation in a specific solution.

What is the high temperature resistance of stainless steel plate? The heating temperature is 1150~1260℃, and the deformation temperature range is 900~1150℃. It has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, 316L stainless steel plate has a higher chromium and nickel percentage and 310s has higher strength. Due to continuous operation at high temperatures, stainless steel plates are widely used in petroleum, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food, machinery, construction, nuclear power, aerospace, military and other industries.

304 stainless steel plate   welding includes welding current, tungsten electrode diameter, arc length, arc voltage, welding speed, maintenance airflow, nozzle diameter, etc. (1) Welding current is a key factor in determining weld formation. It is determined according to the welding material, thickness and groove shape. (2) The diameter of the electrode is determined by the size of the welding current. The larger the current, the larger the diameter. (3) Welding arc and arc lenght, the arc length is about 0.5 to 3mm, and the corresponding arc voltage is 8 to 10V. (4) Welding speed: Current size, weldment material sensitivity, welding position and operation method should be considered when selecting.
